Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a refund, returned products must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Include all original packaging, parts, and accessories

• Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification

• Be securely packaged for return transit

Products returned in a used or damaged condition may be refused or subject to partial refund deductions.

International Shipping and Returns

Many orders are shipped directly from our international manufacturing partners.

Unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Customers are responsible for customs declarations and import/export charges

• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection and Processing

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Refund processing times may vary depending on banking institutions or payment providers.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and provide supporting photographs where possible.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include the following:

• Replacement product

• Replacement parts

• Repair solution

• Refund where appropriate

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following circumstances:

• The product has been used, modified, or damaged by the customer

• The return request is made outside the permitted return period

• The product is returned without authorisation

• The product is returned without original packaging or key components

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery, correspondence, and policy acceptance to payment providers in the event of a dispute.

Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the purchaser’s country of residence.

Inspection must be made within 48 hrs, and after this time, acceptance of the putter/products is now in law.

The protective film on the putter face must remain intact for returns to be accepted.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Order processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Shipping

Orders are shipped internationally using recognised courier services.

Where possible, shipments are arranged so that applicable import taxes and duties (such as sales tax, VAT, IVA, or similar charges) are included and handled in advance with the courier and customs authorities for destinations within the USA, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

In most cases this means the customer will not need to pay additional taxes or import charges upon delivery.

However, customs procedures and tax regulations vary between countries. In some circumstances, additional charges may be required by local customs authorities. Where such charges fall outside the arrangements made at the time of shipping, the customer may be responsible for these charges.

Customers located outside the USA, EU, or United Kingdom should contact us before placing an order so that we can confirm the applicable shipping arrangements and whether taxes and duties can be prepaid for delivery in your country.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Delivery times may vary depending on international shipping routes, customs clearance procedures, and local courier services. While we work with reliable courier partners, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by courier operations, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

We normally maintain stock at our manufacturing facility.

However, as our putters are precision handcrafted products and not mass mould-produced, production time may be required before dispatch.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for production and dispatch if the product is not currently in stock.

Where stock is available, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 weeks.

Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Each putter is individually produced and finished, which may result in slight variations that contribute to the uniqueness of every piece.
