The Diablo putter is a precision-engineered performance putter built around the unique -13° inverted loft face, developed to improve ball roll characteristics and enhance control on the green.
 
Each putter head features a precision stainless steel striking face combined with a balanced weighting system designed to optimise feel, stability, and consistency throughout the putting stroke.
 
Unlike mass-produced clubs, the Diablo putter is carefully manufactured and individually finished, delivering a distinctive performance putter for golfers who value innovation and precision.
 
Every putter is supplied with three pre-installed 10g precision weights, allowing the putter to be used immediately or adjusted to suit personal feel and balance preferences.

A. Complete Putter
Includes a putter head, a black metal shaft, and an installed putter grip. Ready for immediate play.
 
B. Head and Shaft (No Grip)
Includes putter head with shaft installed. No grip fitted, allowing you to select and install your preferred grip.
 
C. Putter Head Only
Includes the precision putter head only. Ideal for golfers who prefer their golf professional or club fitter to install a custom shaft and grip of their choice.
 
Weight Configuration
All putters are supplied with three pre-installed 10g precision weights.

  • Condition of Returned Products

    To qualify for a refund, returned products must:

    • Be unused and in original condition

    • Include all original packaging, parts, and accessories

    • Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification

    • Be securely packaged for return transit

    Products returned in a used or damaged condition may be refused or subject to partial refund deductions.

    International Shipping and Returns

    Many orders are shipped directly from our international manufacturing partners.

    Unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    • Customers are responsible for customs declarations and import/export charges

    • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

    We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

    Inspection and Processing

    All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

    If the return is approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

    Refund processing times may vary depending on banking institutions or payment providers.

    Defective or Incorrect Products

    If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and provide supporting photographs where possible.

    Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include the following:

    • Replacement product

    • Replacement parts

    • Repair solution

    • Refund where appropriate

    Non-Returnable Situations

    Returns may not be accepted in the following circumstances:

    • The product has been used, modified, or damaged by the customer

    • The return request is made outside the permitted return period

    • The product is returned without authorisation

    • The product is returned without original packaging or key components

    Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

    Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

    We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery, correspondence, and policy acceptance to payment providers in the event of a dispute.

    Statutory Consumer Rights

    This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the purchaser’s country of residence.

    Inspection must be made within 48 hrs, and after this time, acceptance of the putter/products is now in law.

    The protective film on the putter face must remain intact for returns to be accepted.
